Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By accessing Fenrir at ai.shieldwolfdigital.com.mx, the PWA, or related app wrappers, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may require you to accept the current policy version before chatting.
2. The Service
Fenrir is an AI-powered assistant that may include:
- Text chat (available to guests within limits, and to signed-in users)
- Photo / file attach and vision analysis (signed-in)
- Image stylize and image generation (signed-in)
- Voice input (speech-to-text) and spoken replies (signed-in; microphone only after you act)
- Optional cyber hygiene / device posture checks with explicit consent (signed-in)
- Support tickets and reporting of harmful AI content
Outputs are machine-generated, may contain errors or omissions, and are for informational and creative purposes. Fenrir is not a human, not a substitute for professional advice, and not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services.
3. Guests and accounts
- Guests may use simple chat only. Advanced features (photos, voice, images, cyber, breach search, account deletion, etc.) require sign-in.
- Accounts — you are responsible for credentials (password, authorized PIN, or Google sign-in when offered). Do not share access with unauthorized people.
- You may delete individual chats or clear all chats from History. You may delete your account via Settings or /account-deletion (guests have no permanent account to delete).
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use Fenrir to create illegal content, harm others, exploit minors, or attempt unauthorized access to systems.
- Do not attempt to bypass safety filters, rate limits, guest limits, or abuse reporting systems.
- Do not upload content you lack rights to process.
- Cyber / device checks apply only to the device you authorize and only after explicit consent. Fenrir’s cyber features are hygiene and posture guidance for Fenrir contexts — not a claim that Fenrir equals Malwarebytes or commercial antivirus with full on-device malware quarantine.
- Report harmful AI replies using the in-app Report action or Support.
5. Content, AI outputs, and IP
You retain rights to prompts and uploads you submit, subject to the license needed for us to operate the Service (process, store, display, and generate outputs). AI outputs may not be unique and may resemble other users’ results. Branding, the Fenrir name, wolf imagery, and related assets belong to SentinelForge Systems LLC / shieldwolfdigital as applicable.
6. Availability and changes
Features may change, rate-limit, or be unavailable (including model-provider outages). We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. The “Last updated” date will change when we revise this page.
7. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENTINELFORGE SYSTEMS LLC DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF AI OUTPUTS, UPLOADS, VOICE/VISION/IMAGE FEATURES, CYBER CHECKS, OR THE SERVICE GENERALLY.
