Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Fenrir (“the Service”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the web app at ai.shieldwolfdigital.com.mx, the installable PWA, or mobile wrappers that call the same API. It is written to match what the product actually does today.
1. Who we are
SentinelForge Systems LLC provides Fenrir, an AI assistant. Privacy questions: [email protected].
2. Accounts, guests, and sign-in
- Guest sessions — you may continue without creating an email account. Guest use is limited to simple chat. Guest chats are tied to a temporary session user on our servers (not only your browser).
- Signed-in accounts — email, display name, and a password hash; or Google sign-in (when enabled on the server), which stores your Google account email/subject link. Apple may be enabled later for iOS. Instagram login is not offered.
- Policy acceptance — before chatting, we record that you accepted the current Terms and this Privacy Policy (version + timestamp).
3. Information we collect
- Chat content — messages you send and Fenrir’s replies, stored in conversation threads so you can reopen History.
- Uploads & vision — photos or files you attach (signed-in). Server-side vision may analyze an image you chose to send.
- Image stylize / generation — prompts and resulting images when you use image features (signed-in).
- Voice — microphone audio only after you tap/hold the mic and grant permission. Audio is sent to our servers for speech-to-text; we may return spoken replies (TTS). We do not continuously record in the background.
- Cyber hygiene checks — optional, consent-based checks of this device/browser (capability and permission signals you authorize). This is not a full antivirus product and is not Malwarebytes or equivalent on-device malware quarantine.
- Optional breach lookup — only if you explicitly submit an email/identity for that check, subject to the third-party provider’s terms.
- Support & reports — tickets and reports of harmful or incorrect AI content (with confirmation IDs).
- Technical logs — request metadata (time, path, status, approximate client IP, user-agent) for reliability and abuse prevention. We aim not to put full chat text in general production logs.
4. How we use information
- Provide chat, vision, image, voice, and optional cyber features you request.
- Keep conversation History, authenticate sessions, and enforce guest limits.
- Improve quality when you opt into learning / feedback.
- Review reports, respond to support, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
5. AI-generated content
Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may be wrong. Fenrir is not a human, not a licensed professional, and not an emergency service. Do not rely on Fenrir for medical, legal, safety-critical, or crisis decisions. Verify important information independently.
6. Model / infrastructure processors
To generate replies, vision results, transcription, speech, or images, we may send necessary prompts, images, or audio snippets to hosting and model providers under contractual controls. We do not sell your personal information. Lawful requests may require disclosure.
7. Retention, chat deletion, and account deletion
- Delete one chat — in History, use the × control on a thread (with confirmation). Content is scrubbed and the thread is removed from your list.
- Clear all chats — History → Clear all (with confirmation).
- Uploaded photos / attachments — kept only as long as needed for vision or related features you request, then purged (default about 24 hours unless a shorter operational limit applies). Re-upload if a prior file expired.
- Delete account — Settings → Delete account, or /account-deletion. We anonymize account fields, scrub message bodies, soft-delete chats, revoke sessions, and disable login. Guests have no durable account; sign out or clear site data ends the guest session. Primary operator accounts cannot self-delete from the app—contact support.
- Aggregated metrics or legally required records may be retained as allowed by law.
8. Security
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords (PBKDF2), hashed session tokens, and CSRF protections on mutating requests. No method is perfectly secure.
Security monitoring (Fenrir-operated systems): On Fenrir-owned websites, apps, APIs, and infrastructure we may collect request metadata, failed-login signals, rate-limit events, honeypot/canary hits, and defensive self-check results to isolate abuse and protect Fenrir systems. We do not use these capabilities to attack third parties.
Mobile / PWA limits: Device posture checks are consent-based and limited by browser/OS sandboxes. Fenrir does not offer full phone filesystem scans, rooting, or jailbreak assistance, and does not claim to replace dedicated antivirus software.
9. Children
Fenrir is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. Do not create accounts for children under the applicable age in your region without parental authority where required.
10. International users
Data may be processed in the United States or other regions where our hosting and processors operate. By using the Service you understand transfers may occur.
11. Your choices
- Refuse mic/camera/notifications permissions in the browser or OS.
- Stay in guest mode (simple chat only) or sign in for advanced features.
- Delete individual chats, clear all chats, or delete your account as described above.

12. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date. Continued use after posting changes means you accept the revised policy where permitted by law.
